Most GMOs are in “hidden ingredients” in processed foods.  Eat fresh, whole foods — organic if possible and look for the Non-GMO Project seal.  For more information about USDA Organic certification follow the link provided.

Why can’t consumers in the US have the same products offered in over 64 countries around the world…without GM ingredients?

I’m sure you’re starting to ask questions, like why aren’t they labeled in the US and how do I avoid GMOs in my diet?
